    We’ll meet on site, or we can discuss lockbox access beforehand—whatever is easiest for you.

  • Download

    I’ll email a link containing the requested photos/videos, floorplan, marketing materials and property website.

Location Prep

To ensure a quick and efficient session, please prep the location prior to my arrival, using the following checklist:

  1. Declutter kitchens and bathrooms, removing things like toothbrushes and toothpaste, makeup, trashcans, non-decorative soaps, etc.

  2. In the bedrooms, please have the beds made and personal items put away.

  3. Please remove all shoes, coats and other items from entryways, hallways and doorways.

  4. Please remove portable accessories such as fans, humidifiers/dehumidifiers and space heaters.

  5. Open blinds/shades and turn on all interior/exterior lights. It is also important to replace all burned-out bulbs.

  6. Please turn off all ceiling fans.

  7. Please remove all furniture, spa and grill covers.
